This city guide ranks Toronto's best restaurant bathrooms & you can nominate your fave now

When city guides recommend restaurants, they usually focus on the food, decor or service. But they often overlook a key part of dining out that can make or break your experience of even the fanciest eating establishments: the bathroom.

Well, that's a thing of the past in Toronto with the launch of the Cashmere UltraLuxe® Bathroom Guide™, a prestigious, exclusive directory of restaurants that boast the city's top-tier, must-see bathrooms.

The rating system considers criteria like lighting, amenities, comfort and more, with only the crème de la crème of Toronto's bathrooms on the list.

Three restaurant washrooms have already been selected as the inaugural inductees into the Cashmere UltraLuxe® Bathroom Guide™. Each was awarded a number of "Fleurs" indicating just how prestigious an experience it offers, with more to come.

The official guide will be released later this year, so you still have time to nominate your favourite restaurant bathrooms to be considered by the judging panel. Simply post about it on social media using #UltraluxeBathroomGuide or fill out the nomination form on the guide's website.

So, which three restaurants have earned the coveted Fleurs before the Cashmere UltraLuxe® Bathroom Guide™ is even out?

Awarded two Fleurs, Piano Piano's washroom went "beyond expectations with something worth a photo opp" in the eyes of the Cashmere UltraLuxe® Bathroom Guide™.

The same can be said for the washroom at and/ore, which also received two Fleurs. Serving up dramatic, gothic flair tempered with soft pastels, every inch of its bathroom expresses the elegant and artsy atmosphere at and/ore.

The guide will also include bathrooms awarded one Fleur, deemed to offer a "luxurious experience, worth a look."

If you love dining out in Toronto (and who doesn't?), odds are you know at least a bathroom or two that deserves to be honoured in the Cashmere UltraLuxe® Bathroom Guide™ alongside these stunning inductees.
