Get ready to get festive! One of Toronto's over-the-top Christmas bars is returning and you can sip your way into endless holiday cheer.
Holiday-themed pop-up bar Java Jingle is returning to both of Little Sister Dutch Indo Food Bar's locations starting November 15.
According to a press release, the venues will "transform into winter wonderlands, bursting with festive joy" and you can sip themed drinks and indulge in treats all season long.
This year, the pop-up has expanded to include both floors of the bars. The venues will be totally decked out from floor to ceiling with twinkling lights, endless garlands and unique decor like a life-size Baby Yoda sporting a Santa hat.
Upstairs at the Portland location, you can get a taste of Christmas in the tropics in the Balinese room.
"It’s not for the fainthearted - brace yourselves for a holiday extravaganza that’s going to be larger than life," General Manager and Bar Manager Robin Wynne said in the release.
You can enjoy boozy drinks in Grinch and ornament-shaped cocktail mugs, such as Noggy and Nice and Sleigh, Queen, Sleigh.
There will also be new cocktails to taste this year, including Polar Colada and Christmas Spiced Apple Sangria.
Throughout the season, Java Jingle will host holiday-themed events, such as holiday movie trivia night, an ugly Christmas sweater contest, and half-priced Java Jingle cocktails from December 29 to 31.
This isn't the only holiday bar popping up in the city. Miracle is also returning for the festive season with boozy drinks and all-out Christmas cheer.
Reservations for Java Jingle are recommended and can be reserved here for Portland St. and here for Yonge St.
