Toronto Weather Forecast Was Ambushed By A Pup Looking For Treats & It’s Legit Hysterical

Storm the weather dog made a classic appearance on Global Toronto on August 27 when the pup strolled on screen sniffing out dog treats.

Weather reporter and Storm's owner, Anthony Farnell, was in the middle of his segment when the pup began causing a hilarious fuss searching for treats and walking in front of the green screen.

The pup is a regular on Global Toronto and a viewer favourite.

Farnell acknowledged his pup's presence during the broadcast, saying, "Yes, Storm is in the building getting some treats, walking on thin air."

Global News posted the segment on Youtube with the caption, "For any longtime viewers of Global Toronto, weatherman Anthony Farnell's reliable weather forecasts have become an institution...almost as much as his adorable pup, "Storm the Weather Dog."

"Last Friday, a hungry-for-treats Storm invaded the set in the middle of Anthony's weather report, demanding treats even as Farnell was explaining to Ontarians what weather they would be facing that weekend, and discussed the dangers posed by Hurricane Ida further south."

"Both consumate professionals, Anthony finished his segment without a hitch while Storm sated his hunger (and mugged a bit for the camera)...all in a day's work!"
