Vancouver Police are investigating a fatal accident that took place at a McDonald's drive-thru in Vancouver on Wednesday, September 8.
According to police, a man was at the Main Street and Terminal Avenue drive-thru location when, after paying for his food, he dropped his bank card.
However, when he went to reach for his card, the tragic incident unfolded.
"His car continued to roll, pinning him between the car and the door jamb. He died on scene," Vancouver Police Const. Tania Visintin said in an email to Narcity.
Officials said Vancouver Police's Collision Investigation Unit and the coroner are now investigating.
